Turnabout Is Fair Play: Kellogg Steals Booth Star
The Chicago Tribune is reporting that Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management has stolen away the director of Entrepreneurship Programs from its cross-town rival, the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Effective July 1, Linda Darragh will become the executive director of both the Levy Institute for Entrepreneurial Practice and the Heizer Center for Private Equity and Venture Capital. Interestingly, before joining the University of Chicago’s business school in 2005, Darragh was an entrepreneurship professor at … Kellogg. What goes around comes around.
Darragh will not simply be transplanting South Side initiatives to Evanston, however. “It certainly won’t be replicating the Booth program at Kellogg,” Darragh said of her planned focus at Kellogg.
